Distinguished Young Women of
Shafter
is part of a national scholarship program that promotes and rewards scholastics, leadership and talent in young women. Earn scholarships for higher education, personally develop through Life Skills Workshops, and make new friends from around your community or state.
Students who reside in Shafter are eligible to participate in the Shafter Local Program. If you do not reside within Shafter but attend school in Shafter, you must participate in the California At-Large.
Applications for the Class of 2027 have closed. Now accepting applications for the Class of 2028 and later.
