Young Women of
Maryland
is part of a national scholarship program that promotes and rewards scholastics, leadership and talent in young women. Earn scholarships for higher education, personally develop through the DYW Life Skills Workshops, and make new friends from around the state.
To participate in Maryland, you must first participate in a local program or the Maryland At-Large program. Now accepting applications for the Class of 2027 and later.

Local Programs
The local programs in Maryland are currently working with their 2027 program year. If you will graduate in 2027 or later, please click on the county where you live to email the local committee for more information about participation. Residents of Calvert County, Charles County, and St Marys County participate in the Southern Maryland Local Program.
